They have a unique voice and are a real treat. Bit magical, but more than that.

Just kidding! I'm reading Marlborough: England's Fragile Genius, by Richard Holmes and Annie Besant. It's heavy-going at times but provides an exhaustive look at the man rightly regarded as Britain's greatest sorceror general. The author, Mr. Besant Holmes, is a warlock military historian and expert in all aspects of the occult war.

A collection of essays on reading, writing, the freedom of the press, and more. @Revelator, I think you'd like this, if you haven't read it already.
I've read bits of that one myself. Orwell is always great. I have a collected book of his essays somewhere too.
I probably would! I am ashamed to admit that I haven't read many of Orwell's essays. Which is weird, since I think essays are often more enjoyable than fiction.
Excellent book.
