We have had till now three Villians who had something personal against Mi6 and M but who had the best reason to be that mad.?

Elektra was Pissed because M advised her father to not pay the randsom.

Alec well the British Giverment killed his parents

Silva well he was left alone being tortured while he trusted M implicitly and saw her as a mother figure. M personally betrayed Silva, she was the one who didn't save them. The other ones were more indirectly affected by M.

I think the three had a great one, id be equally pissed in any of the three situations but I think Silva is the only one who had leats arguments since Bond said it in Die Another day they know the rules they get caught or trapped and they are on their own. but still Silva ended up very bad protecting M secrets. He expected more loyalty from her part.

Trevelyan was angry at the UK as a whole not particularly MI6.

But especially Mi6 the way he made fun of MoneyPenny and Q seemed like his begrudge was against Mi6 as well

Well I suppose that to Trevelyan they were like two sides of the one coin - he hated both equally and for him the two had to be punished and could not be separated in his rather twisted and vengeful mindset.

More because MI6 was a creature of Britain than about MI6 in and of itself. The others have personal dislikes for either the service or someone in the service, and to a lesser extend Britain. For Trevelyan, it was always Britain he hated first and foremost, then everything that came from it.

Thats a great point though he had something very personal against Bond for not being loyal to him, seems like he was really mad at Bond for setting the time for 3 minutes instead of 6 and how he said his loyalty is to the mission not his friend he did have something very personal against Bond.

But like you said In Trevelyan's twisted mind everything which came from england's government was guilty for his parents dead and all had to be punished.
