    As Blofeld once proved in YOLT, hold up a silhouette of the PPK and you recognise instantly what it is and who it belongs to. The P99 however, just looks like any generic modern handgun.

    The truth of it all is the PPK is as iconic as Indy's fedora or Solo's Millennium Falcon and should always be Bond's weapon of choice.

    Hell, even Brother Mouzone in The Wire favours the PPK. And if it's good enough for him, I'm not going to argue ;-)
