Dr. Kaufman is awesome. Wish he had more screentime.

Now the car chase. I like this part. Sort of silly, but it works for me. Especially love Brosnan's laugh when the tires repair themselves.

My biggest gripe with TND remains that it feels too by-the-numbers too often. It doesn't do much particularly wrong, but it also struggles to make itself uniquely great. It's a fun ride, and safely away from the bottom, but I still can't consider it higher-tier Bond material.

Ah, the motorcycle chase. Really great stuff here. As I already mentioned - if you're simply looking for some good action in your Bond movie, TND is right near the top.

Last quarter of the movie is the weakest part overall, just like TWINE and DAD. Definitely one of the Brosan era's biggest weaknesses - not finishing strong enough (with the notable exception of GE).

TND definitely has some good action in it that holds up well even today. However I've always found it just too by the numbers/generic and lacking a bit of the style and character of a good Bond film. The ending aboard that stealth boat is just awful.

I have the same complaints. I have grown a little softer on it over time, but it still won’t be a Top 10 entry on my list. That being said, it is easily securing the spot of my second-favorite Brosnan Bond film. They truly did get progressively weaker. I would guess it will finish somewhere between 16 to 18 this time.

I think that's pretty much where I have it too. 17, if I'm not mistaken.

It would have really helped the Brosnan era had he gotten at least one more strong finale after GE. Like the films, the climax of each of his films just gets progressively weaker. TND is a decent sophomore film for Brosnan, but definitely could have been even better.

Currently watching Quantum which is #22 on my list; however, after 36 minutes so far I may have to re-evaluate. If I can let the borderline nauseating quick cut shaky cam go, which does settle down later in the movie, there is some quite good stuff.

When watching Stranger Things, I didn't recognize David Harbour as Beam in Quantum. But when going back to QoS, it's unmissable. Great actor.

Glad to see I’m far from alone in giving QOS a reappraisal.

For the love of God, get Jeffrey Wright back for Bond 25 PLEASE!

He should've been brought back for SP.

Opera scene reminds me a lot of Spy between the Opera and Pyramids show vibes and then the finale with Bond tossing the guard off the roof ala Sandor. Helpful chaps.

I'm glad they at least mentioned him by name in SP, but really hoping the extra year allows Wright to reprise. Guessing Westworld would be the biggest hurdle, but with Felix being a character that normally gets less than five minutes screentime, Im hoping it's not too difficult to work out

QoS is some of David Arnold's most diverse work on Bond. I am quite enjoying his score more and more and do hope he returns for 25

The film movies so quickly but does pack a lot of information to the story. Definitely see how it's grown on many after repeat viewings

Crawl, End Crawl. Fantastic outro tune in the credits. Wonderful viewing of Quantum overall

I think it's the best of all the SPECTRE meetings.

The Spectre meeting room is a series highlight for me. Unseen Blowers has rarely been more menacing. That voice.
TB is a definite top 10 entry.

Have fun with Thunderball. It's a great film and I have a feeling it's too low in my ranking (No 12 behind SF and TWINE). May as well watch it later today (Saturday).

Fiona/Domino is the best Bond girl duo. Period.
Others could probably qualify, but Jill Masterson has once scene only. Otherwise I'd put Pussy/Jill on top somewhere as well.
Natalya/Xenia is probably the best of the newer films.

I love the Domino/Fiona due myself. I may just have to pop in a Bond right now.
    Let's see. Which one............

Been awhile since I watched that one really. Though I'm thinking it might be time for some Pierce.

I haven't seen the Blu ray to this one before.

Gunbarrel!! I really like Serra's Bond theme here.
