Looks like Bond was in South Korea when he was caught surely...just dawned on me ..the hovercraft crashed through doors showing the South's flag on it and Bond swung on the bell and landed on S.Korea's side...so N.Korea claiming him is an act of war against the South...

Looking at Brosnan in the hotel scenes,he could have done 2-3 more films if they matured the films again ,took it away from action packed....DAD shows this...annoying actually,i think that would have gone down well..Brosnan brought in box office buster Bond films at the time.

Bond is in the clinic now @Birdleslon,ala OHMSS..he couldnt have done CR in my opinion but ,given some real meaty films,we would have got a joint Sir Roger 7 films..

That Sean mask does look like like Sean.............but the man underneath looks a bit like Howard Sprague (Jack Dodson) from The Andy Griffith Show

The Gyspy camp was always completely cut on ABC.

    I love atmosphere.
Me, too. Some how later Bonds filmed in Turkey haven't quite captured that mood FRWL has.

I've been nostalgic for the Pierce era lately. I may just pop in one of his Bonds after FRWL and do another Bond double feature.

If I had the blu of GE I'd pop that in just in honor of Famke's birthday today. However, I have the 2006 UE DVD with the crummy framing.

Sean, Wint and Kidd, Las Vegas, Thumper and Bambi........and a great Barry score. That might go well with DAD.

I think so TTR.....this battle of the cars on the ice lake is sooooo under-rated...Bond using the ejector seat to flip the car back over due to the ice is brilliant...
