They do a great job of depicting the cold from the harsh winds, blizzard of snow, windshield wipers failing to work. Makes this barn feel like the warmest place on earth.

Lovely shot of Tracy here. This has to be one of my favorite scenes in the series.

The stock car chase is great fun.

I've noticed a Mustang (the big "M") is a staple of Bond girls (good and bad) and Mercedes S-Classes seem to be the choice of many of the baddies, as is the case here.

Agreed! The lighting almost gives her a shimmer

Thinking about this part when the end happens is just especially devastating.

Aren't they using the soft focus thing for her here? It looks that way.

I think this barn scene is really well done. No cheese at all. Perfect in fact.

It's remarkable Blofeld and his team was able to track them down through the blizzard.

Blofeld just knowingly sending three of his men to their death when he causes an avalanche moments later.

I just can’t imagine there’ll ever be one as great as Tracy again.

    “He had lots of guts!”

I just noticed that M's huge desk is placed on an angle here.

Tracy still playing her cool self. Diana Rigg is the best.

I actually prefer George's second "Bond, James Bond", when he's on the phone with Draco.

I think I do as well. The most underrated “Bond, James Bond,” in fact!

They mentioned this on one of the latest JamesBondRadio podcasts. But coming up shortly here if you look on the right side, you'll see one of the circling helicopters just vanish. There's also one on the left side that just appears out of nowhere.

Gunther is pretty useless in this fight. Shameful really.

Tracy disposing of Gunther is just terrific. As if there was any doubt before she was the one for Bond.

I just noticed that guy telling Draco when the explosives are set to go off is one of the guys escorting Bond in the car from the hotel earlier in the film.

I noticed that a couple viewings ago. Pretty neat.

The bobsled section remains exciting to this day.

Yup. To date, the one final confrontation between Bond and Blofeld that has been truly worthy IMO.

It is quite good. The highlight is Bond getting exploded from his sleigh only to in one-motion run after Blofelds sleigh. So cool. Though I'm probably in the minority by saying I think FYEO managed to do an even better bobsleigh sequence with Bond skiing down the bobsled behind the sleigh.

I love the FYEO section as well. Great snow scenes in both films.
