Watching TSWLM now, at the fight with Sandor. I love how Moore's main fighting technique is to lift himself up and deliver a double kick to the other guy's ass.

    that fight is unintentionally hilarious.

I think it's more intentional than you may realize. Not that I can see inside your head.

It's one of those naff old-school film fights that looks very choreographed. The punches blatantly miss and the sound effects are really cheesy.

I think TSWLM is excellent by the way but that rooftop fight scene always makes me chuckle a bit.

One reviewer described it " as if they have accidentally, filmed the rehearsal "

Love Moore's expression when swallowing the trinket, plus the sound effect as he swallows it

Moore did it again! Double kick to Jaws' ass as he pushes him off the train.

The Lotus car chase is one of my all time favorites. And it includes Moore's signature smile at the enemy.

The Liparus is a mighty impressive set. Looks huge. And it means that the epic battle sequence is about to start in 10 minutes or so!

    That's classic Moore-Bond.

The Lotus chase is one of the best in the series...chased by motorbike with a bomb, car with Jaws, helicopter with Naomi and underwater by the mini sub n divers...

Stromberg was definately persistant,i will give him that !!

Watching OHMSS (again today) and LALD and TMWTGG.
I am depressed :( only in Bond I can find solace.

One hour into OHMSS now. It doesn't even matter I'm watching this the second time this week. I'm puzzled how utterly perfect and enjoyable this film is.
It's sheer bliss to view it.
I find Lazenby's acting wonderful, not one sign that it was his first film. He is so Bondian from the very first scene when saving Tracy from the sea.
And he is so good-looking. In fact I find him the best looking Bond of them all. The whole package is just great. He is tall, muscular but not too much, he is such a sportsman and he can fight, it all looks so natural.
Also the romantic scenes with Tracy are really great, their chemistry is wonderful and of course Diana Rigg is marvelous.

Piz Gloria is such a special villain's lair. Because it's real. At least from the outside and in the main room with the windows.

oh...those...great, breathtaking ski scenes in OHMSS. It added so much to the Bond universum and we got a lot of that Bond on Snow stuff later with Moore. Even Dalton and Brosnan went on snow. At least Craig went to the snowy alps as well even if he didn't ski or bobsleigh.

Sorry to hear you're depressed. 007 always gets me out of a funk and you can do no wrong with The Lazenby Bond! I watched OHMSS the other day.
Got a bit of time to kill myself so might as well pop in a Bond............let's see which one is handy ( I don't feel like going upstairs to my DVD library) . Okay Skyfall it is!

I'm guilty of posting numerous times consecutively while watching some Bond. I was under the impression with this particular type of thread, there weren't any rules about it. Post as the film plays and you feel compelled to comment on it.

Just a suggestion; you're saving, what, a second or two of time by posting instead of editing? Since everyone seems to disagree, carry on, then.

They ARE getting a bit repetative...it was ok at the start but the constant theme is getting a little tiresome now for hard-core fans....we watch the films a lot (to say the least !) so we notice the patterns that a normal viewer or cinema-goer misses..

Garbage (the band) might not be happy to hear that but Dominic Greene will be interested
