Another great scene where Bond discovers the deadly nerve gas....

Good fight scene with Chang....lucky the nerve gas vial remained intact!

Nice scene between M and Bond. Showing the trust between the two men.

Jaws is back and the film takes a dip...

Moore in Rio looks sharp in his cream suit...

The cable car sequence is pretty dumb...

Moore dressed as Clint Eastwood....make it stop!

God these scenes with Q and MI6 turning up in Brazil really are the nadir of the series...

The boat chase is quite cool. Love those boat explosions!

The film starts to pick up again as Bond discovers the temple...lovely music from Barry.

Bang on time with plastic explosive in his Seiko...😁

The money is all up there on screen!

Boy does Holly look good in her jumpsuit!

Flight into space...just love this sequence and John Barry's score is gorgeous...

Those spacestation sets are rather impressive.

Michael Lonsdale is just great in this. Such droll delivery in his lines.

Holly is seriously sexy in her fight scenes!

Love the chasing the globe's sequence! Nailbiting and well acted. Tense music as well...

"I think he's attempting re-entry sir....!" Great line!

Hugely enjoyable even if I had to skip some of the more juvenile scenes....

I do like Lois Chile's in this although a lot of folk would disagree with me.

The stupid Gondola scene....I always skip this bit.

Count me in as a Holly Goodhead fan. One of my fave Roger era Bond girls.

Good man. She has good chemistry with Moore. She sometimes plays it broad but it suits the film.

In some scenes, and in other films she reminds me a bit of a young Lauren Bacall. I thought she had a great rapport with Roger as well.

    "You missed Mr Bond..."

    "Did I....?"

    Great moment!

I love that moment ...pure Bond ,and Drax is for once, opened mouthed and worried.

It's very similar to Bond's balls out arrogance in TB when he shoots the clay pigeon. Love both those moments

You're not wrong regarding Lauren Bacall 👍

Felt like Moonraker tonight, so here goes:
Still like the gunbarrel music and Roger's double-hand pose.
Why is the guy crouching getting to the ladder, who's going to spot them?
Roger Moore showing the world how one wears a blazer with a turtleneck. God, its an underrated PTS. I went skydiving myself recently, and the Bond-theme from this scene kept playing in my head. If only Jaws didn't ruin it...
Still one of the best Bond songs, Dame Shirley is the queen of Ballads.

The Bond-Moneypenny banter is excellent here, Rog and Lois are such a wonderful match. Her face when he asks he if she doesn't believe him cracks me up just thinking about it.

Drax' estate, such a wonderful location accompanied by a great score. Drax is fantastically evil in his understated class.

Bond's puns are just brilliant in this one, Roger is the king of one-liners.

Holly Goodhead is such an underrated character, very much puts Bond in his place.

Gadgets like a cigarette case safe cracker are sorely missed in the current movies.
    "You missed Mr. Bond.
    - Did I? "
    Priceless.
For a "fantasy" Bond Corrine's death is very dark.

The gondola chase is indefensible, but just pure fun to me in all its ridiculousness.

Bond does some serious snooping in this film. First in Drax' estate, now in Venini Glass. Wonderful fight scene with Chang.

Lois Chiles looks wonderful in this film, natural beauty.

The Bondola does so much damage to the film ,cut that out and just have Bond walk across the square would improve the film 70%

The Concorde could be made for Bond, such a wonderful craft. There's something about the Arriving scenes that just get you in the mood.

Agreed, it's a shame it's no longer flying or a new version surpassed it.

I do miss the M-and-gang-moving-in-foreign-office scenes instead of going out in the field.
The Boat chase is good, Barry's sweeping 007 theme takes it to the next level. Shame Jaws comes in again, takes some excitement out of it.

Off the cliff edge we go, and onto the next of Ken Adam's breathtaking sets.

The python scene is so fake, but more than made up for with Adam's amazing control room set. The man was a god of design.

Drax is probably the villain with the best script, his lines are pretty much all quote-worthy

The Seiko-explosive is another good gadget, though semi-redone in Spectre. The disappearing table and chairs are wonderful. Now, onto Space...

John Barry's score on seeing the space station is one of the most epic tracks in Bond-history. Goosebumps.
