I wonder what product was used in Roger Moore's hair during this period? I'm going to assume it was hairsprayed into place.
Looks like pomade on THE SAINT to me, with shine.

I love the party sequence. Bond mingling with people, etc.

Bond puts on some big ass sunglasses. I think enormous glasses are making a comeback.

    Bond attempts to charm Stacey.

I tried that at work this week on a rather radiant beauty. I even cracked a few unfunny quips.
She called me out on it. :D
But nevertheless, I maintained my Roger Moore wit.
I should've offered to walk her to her chopper.

    Sneaky Bond with Tibbett,
Here we go.........the greatest fight scene in cinema history.

I actually like the warehouse fight.

I love the Zorin office scene. Walken is great.

The steeplechase scene is great, too.

I love Bond in peril moments. This film has several of them.
Bond breathing from the tires. Great stuff.

I think the Mr O'rourke look is coming back. I see quite a few people that look like him these days.

I think Pola Ivanova is an underrated Bond girl.

General Gogol's double is even less convincing than Bond's throughout this film.

Looks like Stacey has a pretty long commute to work every day.

Even though she barely has any furniture, I like Stacey's bachelorette pad better than Kara's.

The "Wine with Stacey" scene is hilarious.
Roger has some great facial expressions here.

Mr. Howe is the kind of a-hole employer I wouldn't like, so I cheer when Zorin shoots him.

Here we go.............the great elevator/Stacey screaming sequence.

I like Stacey's screaming. She gets too much flack for this.

    Bond in peril.

He has to do all of this the hard way.

    JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMES!

    I love it!

Time for a comedic chase sequence.
I'm a rare fan who loves the firetruck chase.
    I think it's pretty funny.

I also think it's funny when the police captain's car gets crushed.

I like when Bond knocks people out who aren't expecting it.

Destroy Silicon Valley is one of my favorite Barry tracks in the entire series.

Makes me love this section of the film all the more.

    .........and ZAR-RIN slaughters everyone.
This scene really disturbed my Mom when we saw this in the cinema. She thought this was WAY too violent for a Bond movie. Yet she loved LICENCE TO KILL 4 years later. :D

    ZAR-RIN thinks everything is funny.

I feel more emotional over Mayday blowing up and getting killed than Bond in NTTD.

Love the Golden Gate Bridge climax. That was great.
A superb viewing of this classic Bond epic on Roger Moore's birthday.

I remember a reviewer ( John Brosnan, I think?), writing about the scene where Bond shoots the thugs at Staceys house, and finding it out the gun is loaded with rock salt, and that he found it disappointing that Zorin is able to machine gun lots of men, but Bond cant kill a few thugs!
