Think it was Martin Campbells idea for Vesper to wear a red dress, referencing the superb finale of 'Dont Look Now'. Must watch that film again, maybe for Halloween?

The sinking house climax! Overwrought perhaps, but still well done and exciting!

Vespers death scene is quite haunting! Her final scream is a startling moment!

Wonderful setting for the final scene!
One of the coolest moments in the series
    "The names Bond....James Bond!"

Absolutely brilliant viewing of Casino Royale.
If it weren't for OHMSS and Daltons two, this could easily be my number 1. Glorious entertainment!

I certainly will, @Mathis1. I appreciate your kind comments. :)
I've cut back on Bond this year a bit, and I'm re-charging my double-O- batteries.

    I'm back with GOLDENEYE.

Super gunbarrel. I love Serra's score here.............and I prefer his GB arrangement to Arnold's first two.
We get some great Sneaky Bond moments in this PTS.

    006 effed up.
I remember the gunshots during the PTS were extremely loud in the cinema. This is one film that sounded excellent in the cinema.
I think Pierce's doubles look as obvious today as Roger's in AVTAK did.

    Great title sequence.

The greatest piece of music in history.

So, the music cues accompanying the reaction shots of Serana Gordon do her no justice and make her character look astonishingly silly.
I hate to say it, but this makes the entire scene look more stupid than say, the MR gondola bit or even California Girls.

Now we get back to some Bondian coolness as Brozzers enters the casino.
Okay now we're back in business....................

I love the little towel fight.

I'd love to see another character like Xenia or Fiona in the future.

Natalya is my favorite Pierce leading Bond girl. No contest, and its not even close. Boris is the Truman-lodge, Dr Valdo, annoying character for this particular film.
I like obnoxious/annoying characters in Bond films. Boris fits the bill.

Xenia was pretty much my all time favorite Bond girl when this film came out. She's still bad ass.

    You need the access codes...................

    Pierce is great.

Pierce uses premilinary sound and movement before speaking his dialogue.
It's an old and very classic acting technique.

The wonderful Desmond. I miss him.

Joe Don Baker is pretty funny here. The Sheriff JW Pepper for the modern era.

I love the sauna scene. It's my favorite in the movie.

Bond and Natalya's escape from the Tiger helicopter reminds me of DIE HARD 2..........my favorite Die Hard movie.

So tonight is FALL BACK the clocks.
Unlike Michael and Barbara, I don't believe in procrastinating, so I set my clocks back hours ago.
That gave my the time to enjoy this Bond film tonight. :D
