In general, I agree but if nobody participates after two weeks nobody will ever solve it .... I mean in the 2guess the character game2, we get additional help every few days. Well, we can also leave it as it is now. I don't mind... Keep on guessing!!

It seems to be not as obscure as we're expecting, and is an action/event that happens on-screen. I think I'm about to pop in TWINE or TND to see if anything stands out.
EDIT: Damn, this is really bugging me now. Rewatching TND, trying to come up with an exclusion/inclusion of anything that's solely related to TND and TWINE, and aside from a couple of random things, I've got nothing. Anytime I find an angle on what the answer might be, I go through the list of films and find that it's eventually negated. Great round you've got going here.
He has a bourbon in M's office in TWINE, so it can't be that.
Thanks! Just to clarify: it's something that's NOT in Tomorrow Never Dies or The World Is Not Enough, but IS in every other film.

Another option would be to watch SF/SP back-to-back, to see what hardly appears in SF but features more than any of the other films in SP. I most certainly won't be doing it, but it's an option for anyone else who would enjoy sitting through those two installments.
