I love me my Big G movies!
I took a look at my Outland BD- OMG it NEVER looked this good before! And I always get a kick hearing Connery saying the lady at the meetings name (Mrs. Spectre).

Lucky. I need to get the Death Wish Box set. Didn't even know there was one. :P Death Wish 2 is my favorite Bronson flick as well as Death Wish movie.

I don't know what region applies to you, but the box set is region 2 (I think there's an R1 set as well). I know that people joke about it, but really, Death Wish 3 is my favourite Death Wish film, and Bronson film. It's a great action thriller, I enjoy it a lot.

    death-wish-3-iii-kersey-charles-bronson-machine-gun-attack.jpg

The reason the bullets left the barrel of the gun, and at the rate they did, was because they were so afraid of Charlie. Charles Bronson fact #1. ;)

Just bought The Big Red One (Lee Marvin, Mark Hamill) for a sobering WWII epic.
AND Corvette Summer (Mark Hamill, Annie Potts) for the comic relief afterwards.

Finally got around to updating my Bond collection to blu-ray! It's the newest blu-ray set to come out. I don't think it has the special features that the first blu-ray set has, because it was a little bit cheaper. The packaging isn't as pretty but it is simple and cool. There is even a space to put SPECTRE when it comes out on blu-ray.
I'm having a hard time debating if I want to sell my DVD set. I've had them for years and they do have some pretty cool special features but I could sell them for money and it'll help me save space on my movie shelf.

Then sent them to a good friend of mine to turn him into a Bond fan. And now I play the waiting game hehehe. :!!

I just bought that set just for the 52 page book that's included.
I do have the Bond 50 Blu-ray box.

As for selling your DVD collection, don't!

I still have the silver suitcase that has all 20 Bond movies on DVD in it. I'd never sell it even when I will not ever need those DVD's again.

I don't love the franchise. It's alright. There are a couple entries that a really enjoy (3 and 5).

That said, I felt as though I was living in opposite world with Furious 7. Everybody said it was the greatest thing since sliced bread and I thought it was one of the lesser episodes. Ironically enough, barely a month later another vehicle-heavy film came out, Mad Max Fury Road, and everyone stopped talking about Furious 7...

I have the four ultimate edition box sets. I watched Dr No last night and as it turns out they do have the same special features that the ultimate box sets have. So other than keeping the DVDs for a collection I really have no reason to keep them. Well, they do also have this intro that the blu-rays don't.

I always have to watch that intro before I watched the movie, it just gets me pumped up to watch Bond kick some ass.

I bought that latest Stanley Kubrick's collection on DVD, including Lolita, Barry Lyndon, Full Metal Jacket, The Shining, and my favorite: 2001: A Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange, and Eyes Wide Shut. My new love on the shelf.

@Esoteric, and what a collection to own, there are some true classics in there. 'Full Metal Jacket' is definitely one of the best, most intense and powerful movies I've ever seen in my life.
