    The Transporter, Refueled .
Not a bad action flick, but it's not great and well below the standard of the
Statham movies. The car chases are ok but the fights are really poor.

It was too generic. But, then again, people hate the generic formula of something these days. ;)

    THE LOST WEEKEND (1945)
Ray Milland directed by Billy Wilder. This is one I actually haven't seen, so I'll pick an evening sit down and watch it.

Misery - blu-ray, don't think I've seen this since its theatrical release.
Salem's Lot - DVD, the long version, just re-reading this and thought I'd get this great tv version, recently saw the Rob Lowe one, which is pants, really. Just waiting for them to arrive…

Treated myself to the Star Wars digital bundle, happy to say included is between 10 - 12 hours of bonus material also as well as the first six movies. I already own the BD box set though wanted to be able to watch these films on my devices.

Right now, I'm buying the Doctor who unofficial spin-offs. Bought "Daemos Rising" (collector's edition) last week, watched it yesterday. Great performance by Miles Richardson as a PTSD addled UNIT veteran.

Waiting for "Auton" and "Mindgame" now.

@fire_and_ice, are there any differences between the two sets?

@Murdock Not sure regarding content it may just be a repackage, though I like the new box set look.

I liked the DVD set from a few years back, they were tin boxes unfortunately scratched very easy.

    I have these sets.
    hqdefault.jpg

Sadly to say they weren't the best made and the latch keeping the cases closed snapped easily. And the plastic flip case holding the DVD's were also chipped in several spots. It's amazing none of the discs were damaged.

UK had a similar plastic boxset...

Can't find the tin set, though I had this set on DVD understated design.

We had those sets too. That was the first time TOS was released as a complete set on DVD with the old effects only. I only have the remastered sets. We also had the Tin ones too but I never saw them.

Thankfully though I must confess I only watch the remastered versions, BD has both versions the new effects were done so well feel authentic to the 60's look.

I prefer the remastered effects myself as those were the versions I was exposed too first upon discovering TOS.
