    I agree about ur views on skyfall I also think skyfall is boring as shit how ever I don't see why u dislike qos so much it isn't fantastic but I can't say it's not an entertaining way to spend an hot and a half

    About Skyfall: I don't mind Plotholes - the movie just "feels" wonderful and I find it so highly rewatchable. Because of that, I even rank it higher thank FRWL - one of the greatest in the series but I tend to enjoy SF more and so watch it more often.

    GF and TB I can without kidding watch any time and am never bored - same with CR and most recently OHMSS.

    I realized I really can't stand alot in SP and even I want to like it I just can't. I love specific scenes in it - they are brilliant. But the overall movie ... over time I think it will become my bottom entry in the list. Too bad for all the incredible stuff in it. MR may be complete nonsense - but it still entertains me without making me angry.

    I love Quantum alot actually and it would be #6 on my list as above. QoS and SF to me are 2 sides of the same medal I call "Inner Bond" and I like both approaches a lot. The reason why SF ranks higher than QoS is purely the editing of QoS: I think they wasted too much of the locations due to it plus I am mad about the way-too-fast action. But both movies just "feel great" when watching and the motifs make them more than just entertainment.

    Everything and anything you can possibly want from the series, with possibly the exception of the more fantastical sci fi elements.

    As for the bottom five, I honestly don't see these changing any time soon. I might switch up the order slightly, but the bottom 2 at least will always remain the same and the 5 films will remain my bottom five:

    Not sure how definitive this would be for others but for me it's as clear cut as can be and I would assume a pretty conservative ranking.

    Much easier to pick favourites than unfavourites. I'm not sure I've even watched DAD and AVTAK more than once each, so I could try them again and have some sort of incredible epiphany, who knows?

    But I have OHMSS and FRWL in my top 5. As well as TLD, LTK, and TND.


    As for GF & SF, neither film does it for me. If i'm going to watch a 60's Bond, i'd rather watch OHMSS, FRWL, DN or to a lesser extent, TB & YOLT. SF, I find to be up it's own... end credits (this why I don't want another luvvie director like Mendes, anywhere near Bond again).

    I see many fellow members here share the same top and bottom. We truly get it, don't we? ;)

    Re: Skyfall, it's a well crafted Bond film. Yes, it has plot holes. Name a Bond film that doesn't. Yes, it has slow pacing. Most of the good ones tend to do that. It allows you to savor and sink your teeth into it. There is so much to discuss about Skyfall, even after Spectre has come and gone. That says A LOT about the amount and quality of content by comparison.

    And I totally get why the people who don't like feel that way (most of you, not naming names lol). On a fundamental level, I think mostly everyone would agree that the Bond franchise is richer in more than a monetary sense with Skyfall being apart of its legacy.

    Re: MajorDSmythe, he has TND in his top 5. We can excuse the bottom of the list for that alone!
