So- does anyone have any decent(ish) fan films that they have made, or seen. I watched a couple on youtube the other night and there a few good ones. I'm into filmmaking and have some gear so maybe I'll give it a go..Who knows?
:)

I'll probably start making some short films within the next couple of months. I've got heaps of ideas written down. Can't talk about it though- it's a surprise! :-D
  • Cool- look forward to it!!

i saw a decent fan film on youtube called twofold vengance (cant post link, computers playing up, just search it). its in french so you have to read subtitles if you dont speak it. i dont speak french and this irritated me at first but the action made up for it.

Okay, I'm planning to make some short comedies based on the Bond films. My main project, which I've slowly been working on since last year, is going to be a feature length (yes feature length!) 3D (modeled) Bond animation. I've already made quite a few props including a watch, the ATAC!, guns and other weapons etc. All I need is a good story first, before I go and model vehicles and environments. Yes, it's going to take a long time, but half the fun is in the journey!

my new fan film, something i've been working on for about a week or 2, is called 007 bloodshot. It stars brosnan and is made from youtube clips. I think i did a decent job on it for what it was.

here it is in all its glory: http://www.mi6community.com/index.php?p=/discussion/1835/new-bond-short-film-starring-pierce-brosnan-007-bloodshot#Item_2

Shamelady? The one who had "Deceased" song performed by Nina Persson?

Yes, this tribute film exactly. And it had "Play Dead" by Bjork as the Main Titles song. The song in the video above is a - well done - re-edit of my original MTS.

I may make a new edit of "Shamelady" available soon. It is a couple of minutes shorter i.e. all scenes are still in the movie but the editing is better. Plus I did some color correction in a night scene.

You know, we are going to make a new bond film there in Russia in Cheboksary city. But I think it will be something like a parody. It is going to be called "A goat of the piano"

    Hi,

I can confirm that the tribute film "Shatterhand" will be released in September or October before "Skyfall". It is a sequel to the tribute film "Shamelady" released in 2007 and also our way to celebrate Bond's 50th anniversary on the silver screen.

  • I really want to make one with my friends, mainly because I would love to play Bond just once in my life. However, we have shifted or focus to,Monopoly: The Movie.
  • Hi, a while ago I announced that the tribute film "Shatterhand" would be released in September or October before "Skyfall". In the end, I prefered avoiding the storm that Skyfall was. I am pleased to announce that it will be online some time before Christmas. For those who don't know, "Shatterhand" is a sequel to the tribute film "Shamelady" released in 2007 and also our way to celebrate Bond's 50th anniversary on the silver screen.
Il will be made available at
    www.constellationstudios.org
and I will of course make an announcement when the movie is eventually online.
  • @shamelord, can't wait for it. I loved Shamelady, so I think I'll definitely love this one. By the way, is Bond still gonna be played by the same actor?
  • Have any of you seen this one before?

Haha he couldn't of just dived into the lake, he had to climb the crane to bungee into it?

Pretty fun. I'll have to get back to it later.
  • Yes, Serge Rotelli is back as James Bond 007.
"Shatterhand" will have its world premiere next Saturday in a prestigious theater which is part of a casino. Very bondian atmosphere!
linglingqi : I saw this excellent parody years ago! I think it was in 3 or 4parts at the time. My favorite bits : Matrix Bond, and drinking while skiing with projected backgrounds ala Spu Who Loved Me. Very funny!
  • Nice to see Mr. Rotelli back in the 007 role.

A friend of mine did these a few years back. They are 'machinima' James Bond films (films made with video games) using Halo 2 and Halo 3. Kinda crazy at first, but they're pretty neat. I must say that 'Seven Seconds to Kill' is by far the better one. Watch for the action, sound effects and music, not necessarily for the storytelling and acting hahahaha

  • Me and my mates will be starting to film one in March and the rest in the Summer and we have called it For England and its in between the films Goldeneye and Tomorrow never eyes. Its about Alec who is still alive after the end of Goldeneye.
I won't say anoymore but I will put more comments about the film while we are filming.

Although this isn't a Bond short per se, it's a short film I made in college that's practically a love letter to James Bond and OHMSS. Directed by myself @DoubleOhhSeven and starring fellow MI6 member @Jarrod.
