Carrot-Man is part of Marvel's line-up and will be rolling out in 2020. I've been rooting for a Carrot-Man film for years. From Aunty Occident to Betta' Karo-Teen, Carrot-Man has the best rogues gallery this side of The Dark Knight.

1962 - several movies ahead of Dr. No for me. Including but not limited to TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO BABY JANE?, not necessarily in that order.
1963 - in spite of serious competition, probably still FRWL
1964 - probably very much a tie between DR. STRANGELOVE and GF. At least Ken Adam wins.
1965 - I've never had much love for TB, so it is definitely behind the likes of FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE, THE FLIGHT OF THE PHOENIX, THE CINCINNATI KID and, yes, DOCTOR ZHIVAGO.
1967 - THE GRADUATE, THE JUNGLE BOOK, COOL HAND LUKE, BONNIE AND CLYDE, IN COLD BLOOD and possibly a few others leave no chance for YOLT.
1969 - OHMSS is a strong contender in a generally weak year, but on the whole I probably think that MIDNIGHT COWBOY, EASY RIDER, and THE WILD BUNCH (if only for their respective "cult factors") take the edge.
1971 - CLOCKWORK, LAST PICTURE SHOW, DIRTY HARRY, FRENCH CONNECTION, STRAW DOGS, VANISHING POINT and literally a whole bunch of others over DAF.
1973 - In spite of some special affection for LALD, this is the year of THE STING, AMERICAN GRAFFITI, PAPILLON...
1974 - THE GODFATHER: PART II would have take the prize in almost any other year, and so it does of course when the mediocre TMWTGG is the Bond candidate.
1977 - Yes, indeed. STAR WARS, CLOSE ENCOUNTERS, A BRIDGE TOO FAR ... not much chance of a top spot for TSWLM.
1979 - I love MR increasingly, but APOCALYPSE NOW, ALIEN, LIFE OF BRIAN, BEING THERE and probably a few others are better movies.
1981 - RAIDERS. DAS BOOT. MAD MAX II. Though I rate FYEO relatively highly, no chance.
1983 - probably about half the movies released that year, including NSNA, are better than OP. SCARFACE, JEDI, THE RIGHT STUFF...
1985 - This looks like another surprisingly weak year to me, but give me at least BACK TO THE FUTURE, and then some, over AVTAK any time.
1987 - THE UNTOUCHABLES, EMPIRE OF THE SUN, LETHAL WEAPON, THE PRINCESS BRIDE and some more tough competition for the mostly excellent TLD. I'll probably pick one of the first three.
1989 - Again, not a very strong year IMO. The cake probably goes to LAST CRUSADE, DEAD POET'S SOCIETY, or indeed WHEN HARRY MET SALLY before I'd think of LTK.
1995 - GE is Brosnan's best, but no match for SE7EN, THE USUAL SUSPECTS, HEAT, BRAVEHEART and a few more.
1997 - L.A. CONFIDENTIAL or JACKIE BROWN, though TND is probably in the race for one of the following ranks.
1999 - overall impression sort of like 1983. Special mention goes to FIGHT CLUB and AMERICAN BEAUTY (no, I don't like THE GREEN MILE!), but a bunch of others is also better than the disappointing TWINE.
2002 - The Anything-But-DAD year. Feel free to pick any movie that I have seen among the first fifty of 2002 and it will be a stronger contender for the top spot than DAD.
2006 - CR.
2008 - TDK, GRAN TORINO, THE READER, WALL-E... though I'm not among those who get worked up about QOS in either direction it is nowhere near the top region even of that year.
2012 - SF, though it does have a close competitor in DJANGO UNCHAINED.
As for 2015, I haven't really seen that many movies besides the somewhat disappointing SPECTRE. I own some on Blu-ray (e.g. THE REVENANT, THE MARTIAN, UNDER SANDET) but have yet to watch them. Right now I would put THE HATEFUL EIGHT at number one, but with all reservation.
:-h Great to see a fellow PEACEMAKER fan! No one ever mentions that film and it is indeed one of the best from 1997, an already very strong year. I'd personally give a slight edge to AIR FORCE ONE, TITANIC, BREAKDOWN, and maybe TND, but THE PEACEMAKER definitely rounds out the top 5 for the year for me. As an action film I prefer it much more to the over-hyped FACE/OFF or CON AIR. Not that I don't enjoy those films but I enjoyed PEACEMAKER much more. In addition to being an excellent action flick (directed by a woman no less!) with a superb score by Hans Zimmer it also is a very suspenseful film with a story that has real heart, especially concerning the terrorist played by Marcel Iures.
PRINCESS BRIDE over TLD for 1987??!! Oh come on! Would a red-blooded Bond fan really pick a movie with a "princess" in the title? I've never seen the movie but it's hard to get worked up over something called PRINCESS BRIDE. Is that like PRINCESS DIARIES meets SLEEPING BEAUTY or something?
And for 1962 you pick a movie about some 2 bickering old hags over DR. NO??? Your Bond license is in trouble! [-(
