There are cultural issues re the treatment of woman within Islam, and this needs to be debated. But that has simply nothing to do with Asians. C'mon please dont let the thread stoop so low.
And I'm not sure anything re: women and Islam needs to be debated (author Ayaan Hirsi Ali has lots to say about this from her first hand experience-- everything from mass-rapes, clitoral mutilation, beatings, murder... there is no debate there, I'm afraid)...
