I'm not sure if much more than a concept discussion has even started. Apart from writing and editing the plot, the resources need to be procured, then the filming, the editing and the other processes. A 2018 release would be plausible but very ambitious, and it would effectively mean that it is in the same stage of production as Quantum of Solace was in early-mid 2007. Assuming MGM starts soon, 2019 is most likely. Though 2020 is possible if delays continue.
