That's what started this discussion in the first place! :D

Interestingly when Delpo won the US Open the first time in '09 he beat nadal and Roger back to back. Maybe he can pull it off again?

I think it's shared between BBC2 and Sky Sports.

Jack Sock is a great palyer but how many ticket holding fans will have heard of him? The injuries have hit hard this year and its a bit of a joke. Still getting emails trying to flog tickets when other years, it has been a sellout. Shame (I think Nadal will also pull out)

Though clearly nowhere near a favourite, I'll be rooting for my fellow Belgian Goffin.

Nadal's pulled out. Very cynical. He stays in at the request of the ornanisers who need to sell tickets on his name, plays one match and then pulls out. People with tickets to his second and third matches feel let down. Unique scenario to the round robin format.

The posters even said 'Roger and Rafa confirmed'...
    What a con,thank God I didn't go.

We live in cynical times. With the recent injuries to Stan, Murray and ND, Rafa and Fed are THE two big draws. The organisers for the French indoor last week were very unhappy with Fed for pulling out, it does impact the ticket sales and viewing figures. Its a shame because the talent in the ATP is so very deep but mainstream jo public seem to only know of these two.
The ATP finals are marketed and presented very well but, over the years, the quality of the tennis has been realtively poor IMHO, often looking like exhibition matches

The injuries are a big problem though,i cant remember so many of them being injured at the same time before.

Impressive week from Goffin, beating both Nadal and Federer.

Unfortunately just not fit enough to snatch a tournament win in the end.

I hope he can perform this good next weekend when we face the French in the Davis Cup final.

Not so far,but i heard Novak was knocked out,not surprising in that heat.
    He is probably relieved.

It wasn't the heat that beat him. Chung payed very well and ND around 70% of his old self. I hope he gets back to peak form but he looks a long way off. Rumours he will need surgery to get the elbow fixed. Love the Ozzy Open. Best GS of the 4 IMHO

Brilliant player. The man is a class act.

Pity my favourite player Berdych didn’t get passed the quarters, but Federer is just too good at the important moments.
