3. Villain’s Scheme, a’ka “How I stopped worrying and love the world-threatening plot” - Does the Big Bad’s plot have you quaking in your stylish boots? Too far-fetched? Too mundane? Not enough lasers?
4. Physically Menacing – from Donald Pleasence’s elfish demeanour to Franz Sanchez’s charming yet very dangerous dude, how do you rank the physicality?
5. Dialogue – Now, I don’t know about ya’ll, but I do love the banter between Bond and his arch-nemesis.

2. Sadism – 8 (Having Bond tied up as he calmly wipes his lips - cold as a very very thing)
3. Villain’s Scheme - 8 (Faithful to Fleming. Balance between grounded and fantastical)
4. Physically Menacing – 7 (Not quite up to Sean Connery standards, but Wiseman is imposing. And tall)
5. Dialogue – 10 ("Dr. No: A unique feat of engineering, if I may say so. I designed it myself. The glass is convex, ten inches thick, which accounts for the magnifying effect."

1. Actor – 9 (And he even convinces me as an evil Chinese man. I love this performance.)
2. Sadism – 9 (Walks away very calmly while Bond gets beaten up.)
3. Villain’s Scheme - 9 (Smart, with a long-term vision. I'd be up for it.)
4. Physically Menacing – 5 (Struggles to match Bond's fighting skills; the difficult layout of the battleground is the only thing providing him with something of a chance.)
5. Dialogue – 10 (What @royale65 said.)

2. Sadism – 9 (I don't know exactly what he is trying to do to Honey, but it looks bad! And he prefers to kill people with dragons or (non)poisonous spiders!)
3. Villain’s Scheme - 10 (One of the better and more realistic ones in the series)
4. Physically Menacing – 9 (Staggering tall, strong and with metal hands that can squeeze statues. @DarthDimi might be as intelligent as he claims, but I do not understand what he is talking about here... ;) )
5. Dialogue – 10 (Perfect!)

2. Sadism – 8 (great scene when he departs from the dinner table)
3. Villain’s Scheme - 9 (not over the top; perhaps a bit forgettable when stacked up against the rest of the series but believably threatening all the same)
4. Physically Menacing – 8 (tall with those metal hands; definitely intimidating and it's a nice contrast when you see him scrabbling at the end, although I do think he looked a bit clumsy in the melee with Bond himself)
5. Dialogue – 10 (not only excellent dialogue but excellent, creepy delivery)

2. Sadism – 9 One of the best Bond torture schemes: let him find his own death struggling through a course. Come on, this is almost the most sadistic villain to Bond in the series!
3. Villain’s Scheme - 8 For the time very daring and grotesque, however it is a bit dated. Still, playing with the super powers is quite out there.
4. Physically Menacing – 9 Tall, imposing, artificial hands and pretending it's the most normal thing if you want to succeed in life.
5. Dialogue – 10 'Unfortunately, I misjudged you. You are just a stupid policeman...' Best insult to Bond ever.

3. Villain’s Scheme - 10 (Added points for layering an extra, uhm, layer of complexity to the plot)
4. Physically Menacing – 4 (Not her strong suit admittedly, but she had her kicks)
5. Dialogue – 9 ("He seems fit enough. Have him report to me in Istanbul in 24 hours.." Granted there is not much banter between her and 007, but the stuff that comes out of mouth is rather good)

I think my top three will be the first three villains of the series. With maybe exceptions being Drax, Sanchez, Zorin and Le Chiffre. Let's see if the numbers betray me.
