4. Physically Menacing – 8 He looks impressive, and the way he vibrates his anger but still holds his 'gentleman' demeanour is impressive.

We've already featured the oh so voluptuous Fiona in the Girls game, so it's Vargas' turn to be in the spotlight. And anyway, I've always thought the Fiona was equal to Largo. Kind of partners in crime. Fiona even warns Largo not to kill Bond, yet. Plus Fiona is head of SPECTRE's execution branch.
Although as SPECTRE's No. 2, Largo is only subservient to ol' Blowers.
