    Casino Royale 67 - Suspected junky Jimmy Bond has an inferiority complex and attempts to kill every man taller than 4 foot 6 and make all women beautiful using germ warfare, meanwhile an army of James Bond's and a bevy of beauties attempt to foil Jimmys diabolical plan and a bunch of other nonsensical madness occurs.

    Problem is that you didn't explain it badly at all. Very good recap, as a matter of fact.

    That's pretty much the entire plot ;)
