All a matter of opinion of course, but I don’t think any film from Craig could let me down more than SP.
That's the one shining light for me - even if I don't like it, I can't imagine it's worse than SP.
'No Time To Die' is pretty good when it's focused on just being "the next James Bond movie," but it stumbles in the back half as a direct sequel to 'Spectre.'

Ouch.
Scott Mendelson famously called SP the worst James Bond movie in 30 years. He seems to have called out one of our biggest fears.
NO TIME TO DIE is very good. I’m more relieved than anything else. I was worried going in.
It’s somehow the silliest and most serious Daniel Craig outing. Mostly the former.

NO TIME TO DIE is mostly nonsense, Roger Moore-level absurd plot. But I love Roger Moore and was in the mood for a ridiculous plot. Craig is great. (Though the ending tries to go for something poignant and heavy and I wasn’t into that part.)

GIVE ANA DE ARMAS EVERY ROLE EVER. I wish she was in #NoTimeToDie more but my God, she was perfect! Hilarious and a bad ass. I love her. Phoebe Waller-Bridge is heavily felt and that's a GREAT thing. And Daniel Craig…wow. Bravo 007, bravo!! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 pic.twitter.com/npvNSQ2P8D

Very much enjoyed #NoTimeToDie . Amazing stunts/car chases and really fun dialogue (you can spot Waller-Bridges' additions), but it definitely needed more Ana de Armas. Her and Lashana Lynch are both great, but Armas' bit is just too short. It's also at least 30 mins too long.

I can believe that: I don’t think I’ve ever seen a blockbustery film this long that couldn’t have been shorter.
SF had 81 on Metacritic, NTTD 75. SP had 60 and QoS 58. On RT Top Critics are giving NTTD a 8.3 score with a 92% of appreciation.
It doesn't fall in the middle, it's way closer to CR and SF. Sorry for you.
Yeah I don't get how you arrived at that being the consensus. I'm seeing person after person write glowing words about NTTD.
I don't know; I'm seeing most reviews are positive but come with a 'it isn't perfect' qualifier, which I didn't see much of in reviews for CR and SF. It looks like it's generally coming out as the third best Craig film, which I can deal with- the top two were two of the best Bond films ever.
The film will struggle to hit that 900 mil and that sucks for EON but all studios are hurting these days. Maybe they will be smart and scale these films back down to the trim spy thrillers they should be.
Do these films really need to be 250-300 million in budget?
He rates it one star out of five with a review that’s been titled Bond reaches end- and lowpoint.
By far the worst-rated NTTD review I’ve come across so far.
Damn.
This is going to be divise. And the worst bit is that we'll be left to this divisive discussion for years.
The main thing its getting positive vibes from the majority who saw it..
Yeah, the synopsis @GoldenGun posted doesn't square with what I have read so far (I don't know how spoilery this is, but I think I have seen "weird" or something like it in mutliple reviews). I am just chomping at the bit, to see it and it is an open question, whether I am going to spoil it for myself until I can finally see it. I just can't stop looking for comments about it. Only 1 day, 6 hours and 47 minutes to go, but who's counting :-SS
Meanwhile more positive noises coming from Italy, where reviewer Francesco Rizzo writes that it’s a ‘(grandiose) exit for Craig’. He also reports there is a lot of typical British irony in there, which contradicts what I’ve read from the above reviewer.
Again, I’ve read this review only diagonally since I’m afraid for spoilers.
Who cares what the Belgians think
I hope you’re not being serious.
