    City have problems surely they will need to spend in January.

    I thought they would struggle without Rodri but not to this extent, they look incredibly weak at the back without a shield.

    What an opportunity it will be for Liverpool to really get ahead in the title race today! I'm just happy Arsenal managed to win against Forest yesterday. The way Forest played so far this season, getting a comfortable win was great to see.

    Liverpool v city next week is a huge game, if city lose a 6th game in a row which I think they will they are in trouble title wise.

    Amorin's first game in charge today looking forward to it, i am not expecting much this early it will take a while for players to adapt to his philosophy assuming they can. I know this squad all too well, the only tactics most of our players are suited to is counter attack.

    I won't be able to watch the United game, but I hope you write about the game here @Fire_and_Ice_Returns! There are a few players in that United side I'm curious about – and Fernandes is definitely an option in midfield.

    United setting up with 2 numbers 10's will be interesting, I would think Bruno and Diallo would be head of the cue though its hard to tell, Mainoo could even play as a 10 if fit.

    Amorim does he go with wingers or defenders at wing backs? a lot of questions.

    Not sure what i think about that side seems very makeshift.

    Amorim will learn fast Rashford can't play as a number 9.

    Amorim has a lot more charisma than TH and projects positivity, Amorim said he has picked the players mainly based on the fact he had chance to train with them more with the system... makes sense.

    Shaw and Malacia on the bench shock horror, we have not had LB's for what seems like years lol

    The over optimism by some United fans is bewildering, I think this will be tough in these early days as players adjust.

    Onana great save how did the Ipswich player not score there.

    United need to up the tempo its too slow at the moment, also the out ball is not on. goal Ipswich score a blinder it has been coming.

    It was deflected tough for Onana, United need to be careful all the momentum is with the home side.

    Half time i would make 4 subs, get Ugarte, Mainoo, Shaw and Rasmus on or we will lose this.

    Amorim did not look happy, come on United.

    For periods in this game we are way too deep and not pushing Ipswich back with any kind of sustained possession.

    They must have read my comment as they are pushing up higher now.

    Got to get Evans off he is not quick enough in a back three.

    1 - 1 final whistle will be a good learning curve for the new manager. Very poor passing at times from the players, Amorim looks like some one who will solve problems.
