Any standout players from United today, @Fire_and_Ice_Returns? I haven't had the opportunity to watch any highlights yet, but it looks like Amorim has some work ahead of him (as one would have expected, I guess).

Onana and Amad the only players that were good, rest of the team have a lot of work to do to adapt to new tactics.

De Light played well to be fair, defensively there are signs we can be difficult to beat though we need Yoro and Martinez and Shaw fit for that to happen.

Interesting. How did Bruno play? He's the one player from United that's closest to getting into my team.

Not much involvement in the first half well I hardly noticed him other than one key pass, I would not jump on United assets for a while yet until they get to grips with the new system.

I was going to pick Bruno or Saka last gw but brought in Konate 0.

Manu have to get rid of Mount, Antony maybe Rashford ?etc and get some proven EPL goal scorers Watkins, Cuhna, Bowen etc or maybe even Osimhen.

Hopefully Amorim will be able to either improve some of the players or at least have the power to get rid, there are a few players that wont fit in his system that's for sure.

I made three transfers and sold Haaland it was a knee jerk reaction, thankfully the wildcard is not far away in case i have made a huge mistake.

City's capitulation late last night is more worrying than a loss for Pep.

I usually pick my team 1 or 2 hours before the deadline except for the early 7am kickoffs like this gw.

Liverpool vs Real Madrid, hopefully no injuries for the city game.......

Let's have a look at how gameweek 12 went before the next deadline on Friday. Gameweek 11 was another gameweek that saw quite the variance in points scored, and the average score of 49 points was exactly the same as in gameweek 10. Our league had some great scores among our managers, but none did better than CSAC's 88 points. Congratulations! =D>

I don't have an easy way of getting him just yet, and you might have a point there, @Fire_and_Ice_Returns.

Due to a bit of extra work this evening, I totally missed the deadline! This was not a deadline I wanted to miss, but I can only use the two transfers wisely before the next deadline.

Can only hope so! It will all go down to who gets the most points between Haaland and Cunha, as Haaland > Cunha was my planned transfer.

Here are the gameweek 13 captaincy picks!
    Salah: 10
    Palmer: 2
    B. Fernandes: 1
    Mitoma: 1
    Maddison: 1
    Mbuemo: 1
    Wissa: 1

For the first time since maybe he first came to the PL, Haaland is nowhere to be seen in the captaincy list in our league. Instead, the majority of the league are looking to Salah for the armband, being the only player but Palmer – backed by two managers – to be captained by more than one manager this week. Good luck everyone!

A lot of games this month.

Good transfers @007InAction. Which other big hitters do you have in midfield right now?

    6 more gw's this month.

You can Check out my squad (Liverpool Richmond) for hopefully? the "big hitters" in Mid.

There's a lot of ex Arsenal keepers in the EPL atm, Leno, Fabiański, Martínez ,Ramsdale, any more ?

Ah, yes of course – Liverpool Richmond! That's quite a midfield. I see some teams have the same midfield with Bruno Fernandes instead of Saka. For my own team, I need to find a spot for Palmer as soon sa possible.

There's Matt Turner on loan at Crystal Palace from Nottingham Forest. Other than that, I can't remember any more names.

Saka had a decent game... 🍺 Lucky i brought him in this gw.

Palmer has been quiet for a few gw's now, hopefully he gets something today ?

Mbeumo had an assist during the game then they took it away ?

Some top games on today for mids and Erling.

I only wished I captained him!

I hope Palmer can stay quiet one more week, as that would be great for my rank :)) I didn't see the Brentford game, nor did I register a missing assist for Mbuemo. My armband somehow ended up on him, so that assist would have been great to get. I might transfer him out now though, trying to find a spot for Palmer.

I won't be able to watch the games today, but I sure look forward to seeing the results. I don't have many players left this gameweek, so a relatively quiet Sunday of football would be preferred! As things look now, I really need a Salah blank – and preferably a draw between Liverpool and City for non FPL reasons!

Man United 4 - 0 Everton.Skty Sports pundits response 'I did not think United were any good though I was impressed by Everton'.

It is tiresome at this point the negativity toward my club.

    ---

City not looking great though when only trailing by one goal you can't count them out... City do have issues though, I think Alverez is a huge miss for them.

All great teams have a season where everything catches up to them from previous seasons excretions, it happened to United a few times under Fergie.

    ---

FPL wise another stinker for me, I have not been able to watch much games and follow the players and missing deadline cost me as I have 15 points on the bench from players i would have subbed in. I have thought about writing this season off though I have some leave next week so will put some time in plus I have all the midweek games to watch on Amazon Prime... so its get beers in and watch loads of footy.

Salah goal and assist so far so at least me swapping Haaland for Salah paid off.

Football is a funny ole game, despite our poor season Man United are only 4 points off 4th place, it illustrates how any team in this league can beat another.

I've seen some managers have amazing turns of fortune in FPL, from a horrible start to top 100k finishes. I think the Christmas period is very important in FPL; a bit of luck and a few surprise benchings is all it takes really.

I planned to transfer out Haaland too, but missing the deadline and not bringing in Cunha didn't make any difference in the end.

Having someone new come in with new ideas can have a massive impact. The schedule through Christmas into the new year isn't that bad for United either; they have a great opportunity in the upcoming game against a City coming up 15 December too. You couldn't face City at a better point really.

Red arrow for me, but that was to be expected given how the games went yesterday.

Made two early free transfers just now. I don't like making them and it doesn't seem like I would miss out on price rises anyway, but I just can't afford to miss another deadline without making changes – so I went early in case something comes up that keeps me from being free to focus on FPL before the deadline.

I've seen some managers have amazing turns of fortune in FPL, from a horrible start to top 100k finishes. I think the Christmas period is very important in FPL; a bit of luck and a few surprise benchings is all it takes really.
Salah goal and assist so far so at least me swapping Haaland for Salah paid off.

Football is a funny ole game, despite our poor season Man United are only 4 points off 4th place, it illustrates how any team in this league can beat another.

I did ok in the end, think i will bank a transfer tonight as want to get Saka in at the weekend if i can.

My worry of making a move is rotation with so many games in a short space of time, thankfully my bench is decent currently. I am tempted to make one transfer which i thought of making a few ago and I really should have.

Edited: Made a completely different transfer, the other player I wanted I could not do.
