I'm not that much of a petrolhead, but I was in Berlin last week and a friend took me to this place: http://remise.de/Classic-Remise-Berlin-english-summary.php

It's where you go to get your classic car serviced/sold/stored, but it's also basically a free museum - you can just walk in and check out whatever's on display.

Here are the two cars I most wanted to take home: a Citroën DS in orange, and of course the Aston Martin Volante (please excuse the stupid face I pull for photos).

Looks good @Agent_99! Now if only they had a place like that for warbirds as well.. Anyway, both good choices! Funny thing, my car is now about 20y/o and more and more people start talking to me about its beauty. I guess she's past the 'old car' territory advancing into 'youngtimer'

What car do you own, @CommanderRoss?

All true petrolheads are. First I didn't believe that. Then I fell in love with the 156 and a couple of years ago I fell in love with this particular one. The wife wants a newer car though. Hopefully next year we'll have one. Will be the Giulia. 😊

I've only had a Mito Quadrifoglio verde, alfa rosso with camel leather seats. A small Ferrari that stole my heart. I still get emotional when I see it pass by, with its small turbinated engine growl.

    [-(

The most beautiful car ever made is the AM Vantage built from 2005-2017.

Followed by the Ferrari 456GT and the Lamborghini Miura.

The most beautiful car ever made?

Well...apart from that 33 Stradale. Here are some contenders, IMO:

The 300SL is in a league of it's own.

Even if I would look at that car for 24 hours straight, I'd still not be tired.

Oh man, do you know how many hours I've spent in that site? It's addictive as hell. A place where dreams go to live...and some go to die.

The 300SL is a true beauty. Always loved Sir. Moss's Merc too.

Yes, an Aurelia. Maybe a B24 from 1955 or around that. A beautiful car, isn't it? Made famous by the Dino Risi cult film "Il Sorpasso" in 1962.

I’m one of those people who always makes lists of things and talking about cars, these brands will always be my favourites:

    1. Lancia
    2. Alfa Romeo
    3. Aston Martin
    4. Saab

These four brands haven’t only made beautiful cars, they’ve made art. Quite glad I, for once, wasn’t the one to bring up Lancia ;)

No favourites list is complete without the long history of beautiful Maseratis. Especially their dashboard layouts are something to dream about.
