    I wonder how many times Bond used his own name as a cover identity? For example he passes himself as a banker in Carver's party in TND without changing name.

    Hmm...off the top of my head, maybe these ones. A lot of instances I'm not sure whether he is going undercover or doesn't care that they know who he is
