Elliott Carver in Tomorrow Never Dies - Imagine having a giant torpedo-shaped drill outfitted with three shredders advancing on you and reducing you into a puddle of blood and guts.
Tough to argue with Dario. Krest's in LTK is pretty brutal too.
The KGB agent in AVTAK who gets fed into the propeller.
Kananga's looked ridiculous, but on paper is absolutely horrific.
We don't know Whispers fate, but if he never got out of that cannisters...
Kananga said the cannisters were air-tight, so the worst case scenario means Whisper probably would have suffocated long before dying of starvation.
Sanchez and Mr. Kidd both score equal points for death by burning. Kidd at least had water to jump in. Though we never find out if he survives or not. In any case it's possible Kidd likely would have drowned in the ocean. Sanchez on the other hand had to just burn and burn helplessly.
Both are grisly in their own right.
Very true, @MooseWithFleas. Also, Barry emphasises the sadness with his score.

are all bad ones. Some of the drownings/dying underwater and shark attacks in Thunderball aren't a walk in the park either.
There are many more, especially if we start diving into minor characters, all ranging from being blown up to falling from great heights and everything in between. I don't think I want to spend any more time thinking about it right now, though!
Stuck in a sunken plane, getting your air hose sliced, while silently trying to beg for mercy-that one was troubling.
You've just made it doubly upsetting with your description. I suppose he deserved it...
Even if Baron Samedi can never truly die, it couldn't have been an enjoyable experience for him.
It's all basically LTK.
I have no idea why the second one squicks me out so much, but it does!
Kananga too, but that's the "worst" in a different sort of way. ;)
Kananga is suspension of belief. He bursts, but there's no blood, organs or bones flying everywhere.
Gobinda
Necros
All three have plenty of time compared to some, to think about the end. With no way to change their fate. Not as gruesome as some, but certainly horrible way to go.
