    Definitely something to do with the images as you say, though this time I thought the glasses in the bar at the top left looked really 90's.

    I had a feeling this would be a toughie, even though you have about 1/3 of the screen visible there.

    The grey semicircle in the top right corner belongs to someone who is walking across the shot.

    Usually it's possible to get a feel for at least which decade its from, but the lighting is so sort of flat here I'm not getting any clues from it. It's certainly a good one! :D
