I'm lost. It looks to me like part of a lamp shade with a sort of metal fish hanging from the edge. Trouble is, I have no idea where this could be. And although it has the exact aspect ratio that GF has (at least on Screenmusings), i.e. 1:1.677..., I couldn't find it on GF (my Blu-ray, not just SM). Nor on other films somewhere in that range (DN, FRWL, LALD). Maybe the scene is super-short and I missed it.

It is none of the films you mentioned in this post.
Thank you. But it also means it is not a real quarter-frame if you look at the movies as they were conceived, but a somewhat cropped version instead.

I do this for fun. I snip the quarter by estimation and don't want to make a scientific work here. Whenever I will come up with a new quarter, be perpared that the ratio won't give away the specific movie.

Yeah, ok. And your full frame at least looks like you did not cut anything off on purpose to conceal it. So no hard feelings from my side. And I also do this for fun, but like to do some detective work rather than rely on my memory of something I haven't seen for possibly years, or browsing through the entire franchise on my PC just to find out. Apologies if this comes over as undue criticism. We're all here for the fun.

I appreciate your enthusiasm for these games @j_w_pepper. I simply don't guarantee that my quarter has the exact ratio you expect. However, I always choose a frame which goes from one side to the middle as intended in the rules on page 1.

That's cool and fine...I just mean to demonstrate why I fail with my "analytical" approach.

PS: @goldenswissroyale: Maybe you wish to look at the present "Geoguesser" question. @zebrafish might feel lonely otherwise.

Let's try this. Could be hard, could be easy.
    Good luck.

That's in Dr. No, shortly before Strangways is assassinated in front of the Quercus Club, Kingston, Jamaica.

I should save you the trouble and say that you won't find the frame on Screenmusings >:P

Didn't think so. Much too large for that (2560 x 1090...do you have a Blu-ray player for your 32"-screen? Me too.

It's a YouTube screenshot and I hope that the uploader did not warp the ratio, otherwise Sherlock Pepper will have to cast his nets wider.

No, I guess that's alright. Looks like one of the newer movies which are about 1:2.40 anyway. Problem is mostly that they are cropped (like the "pan and scan" TV versions of the 60s and 70s in the U.S.), but normally not made to pretend Cinemascope/Panavision.

Bond being ‘escorted’ to Draco’s office?

Congratulations to you, @R1s1ngs0n . It's where Bond knocks them all out in the locker room before entering Draco's hideaway.

And please don't ask if any of those locations make sense. They enter a shabby backyard office, pass the janitor whistling Goldfinger, turn a corner and are in a windowless locker room, H and F (which can be seen very briefly during the fight) on the walls suggest toilets (but there are no doors) and finally a door to Draco's study. H and F may stand for Herren and Frauen in German, but we are in Portugal. So what is going on? Maybe the locker room scene was filmed in Switzerland?

Could it be the gate at Palmyra in TB?
    When Bond arrives for lunch.
