How about Bond and Pam on the boat in LTK?
I'm guessing it's some sort of viewfinder or reflection pointed at Bond in the distance at this point, but can't think of a frame reference.
It's definitely shot on film.
(By the way... a pipeline explosion? Did not think we would see that in real life so soon)

I thought perhaps it was the periscope scene in FRWL but apparently not. Nor the sniper scene, or any of the night shots from what I can tell. The "Bond is center frame" clue is curious as well.
