I think my presence has upset the karma of the thread. So I will leave you guys to it. Enjoy.
You only gave it two days, relax. I've had quotes on here that have gone a month without even being brought up again. Give us another one.
"What?"
"Call me a cab"
"You're a cab"
Yes...I'll give you it as it was the classic 1930 'Another Fine Mess'....
Over to you....
"I don't have to take this abuse much longer"
It is indeed spoken by Matt Hooper in Jaws.
It's not from 'The Goonies.'
I hope that makes sense.
Right the tie in is Richard the turd or one the bard's history plays...so the question is kinnear and the new q....it's one of their movies...
The film in question was released in the last 13 years.
No, but you are on the right track with that SF actor.
That isn't it, either, but that's half of it: Ralph Fiennes. Keep at it.
You've got the connection down pat: Fiennes and Craig were in SF together, and Fiennes is in 'The Constant Gardener' (where the quote derives) with Craig's real-life wife, Rachel Weisz.
Over to you. You're on fire today!
I am going to do this a bit differently, but I think it will help move things along faster and ultimately make it less of a chore to figure out what film a quote is from. What if we chose three clues that go along with each quote we pick, and which will help lead us to uncover the mystery behind that said quote? Like so...
"My boss does it to me. I did it to you. It's a vicious circle."
And the clues to go along with the film quote:
1.) If they are not aware of the film's plot or cast, your parents may not let you watch this film at first.
2.) The film's protagonist gets knocked out A LOT. There have probably been drinking games based upon this film.
3.) You may have heard of the "Danger Zone", but this film introduces us to a whole new "Zone".
