    Tokoloshe account was created March 2011, but that was just when the KBTEU forum died and this one was created. I have no idea when between 1999 and Sep 2001 I first joined the previous forum.

    On 12 December 2003 the KTBEU forum was under 18 months old, suggesting it was first created somewhere mid 2002.

    If that's the case, I suspect I was only looking at the main MI6 website in 2001 until the KTBEU forum began some time in 2002. I definitely recall discussion of the DAD trailer which was released in spring 2002 (and of how awesome people thought the film was going to be - erk...)

    Yes, that must be it. I too recall the website in existence before the forum was.

And yes, indeed, good content was lost, but better content was created here. By the way, if you can recall when you joined KTBEU, please use that date in the list. ;-)

    I still know exactly where I was when I found a forum discussing all things Bond and the filming of TWINE. It was 1999 and I am sure it was KTBEU, because I never changed to another forum. So I guess I must be one of the oldest here (but sadly cannot prove it). It also was my first online forum membership - and still is the one I spend most time with.

    @ImpertinentGoon did add his name to the list but it seems that it's been forgotten, 6th July 2020. Also, I believe you can only see the exact date of joining for other people rather than yourself for some reason.

    Must admit when I joined I was of the impression that the forum was less than a year old. The news site JP launched was a few years older.

    I believe the news part of the site dates back to 1998, based on what I've read on the forum and the MI6 Main Page.

    can't remember the date exactly, but I think it was august. It was not too long before CR came out in the Netherlands, and I felt the need to start defending Daniel Craig as the new Bond whom was beeing slaughtered at the time. How things change.

    We've got some lovely anniversaries coming up. @CommanderRoss has been with us an impressive 15 years! And soon enough, the same will be true for @GoldenGun. Then several of our members have (had) their tenth this year, or they'll have it soon enough. And @goldenswissroyale has his 5th coming up really soon too. :-)
