I think it's a Bondian title. But because of how sombre the ending of NTTD was, maybe it wouldn't fit Bond 26. Maybe it would fit into Bond 7's last film, when they decide to kill Bond...yet AGAIN! ;)

Much agreed! @QBranch scuba action is needed in Bond 26. Licence To Kill was the last time we had proper scuba action.
We already have a few like that in the Bond world with John Gardner's Nobody Lives Forever (1986) and Death is Forever (1992).
