Later Than Never.
Or even Reflections in a Vesper (an alternate universe title for QoS or NTTD?).
Let's face it, a Bond title will never reference bourbon over a martini. The latter is too iconic.
CR: The Secret Agent, Number 007, Rouge et Noir, A Whisper of Love/A Whisper of Hate, The Bleeding Heart
LALD: The Silver Phantom, The Undertaker's Wind, A Valley of Shadows
MR: The Columbite King, Rough Justice, A Golden Day, The Persuader
DAF: Death is So Permanent (not that good)
FRWL: Death Warrant, The Wizard of Ice, Killing Time, Strong Sensations (more pretty as Les Sensations Fortes), The Killing Bottle
DN: Choice of Weapons, Killing Ground, A Shower of Death
GF: Reflections has already been mentioned, but what about Thoughts in a DB III? Probably quite a bad title for a movie but interesting how Fleming pretty much used the same template. The Last Trick.
TB doesn't have much, neither does TSWLM
OHMSS: Death for Breakfast, The Heat Increases, Hell's Delight.
There's also Dead Man's Leap, a bobsled ride much like Hell's Delight.
YOLT: The Death Collector, Slay it With Flowers, Blood and Thunder, The Six Guardians, One Golden Day.
TMWTGG has nothing interesting
I think the best five to use for a title would be The Secret Agent, Rouge et Noir, Choice of Weapons, Rough Justice and The Death Collector. Some of others sound cool but wouldn't make sense with a story. Like "The Wizard of Ice" or "A Shower of Death"
The Six Guardians could only work with a syndicate type story, otherwise it doesn't make sense
The Seventh Guardian.
It's got Perchance To Die, which I would say is the best candidate! :)
It would need a modern twist. Warlock is a 1990 horror movie (great bad movie, by the way), and it sounds very much like it. Either a horror movie or a medieval fantasy one.

They Seek Him There.
Otherwise...
Cyber Warlock? No, it sounds like a techno thriller.
Spying Warlock? Meh.
Second one sounds like a horror movie again. Like a Lovecraft adaptation.
The Man You Seek
and but of course...
ManSeeker
Spykeeper?
Spykiler. Although it'll be better for Bond 27. Against a Grant type main villain. Or SMERSH?
Colonel Son.
