I think I saw that or words to that effect written in block letters on an entrance on a recent trip to Belfast. I may have misquoted it but I agree it doesn't sound quite right. A tautology as you say. However, I think there is something Bondian there which was why I shared it. It just needs reworking I think.

Yes, it was just a phrase that struck me. I thought perhaps that someone here could fashion some sort of inverted title such as Live and Let Die or You Only Live Twice out of it. :)
