Well, 'designed' is probably a strong word, but I knocked them up based on your suggestions, sure! I think they really work as titles, nice work.

    For @QBranch :

Yeah I just popped a different bloke into the Skyfall teaser, but it feels kind of Bondy enough to get the feel of the title suggestions doesn't it! :)

Cheers @mtm - didn't expect that, looks great on the poster. On a related note, I do anticipate the next era moving away from Century Gothic-type fonts and that each film has its own unique typeface. CR-SP were kind of variations of the font, and NTTD called back to LALD Schick advertising.

The classic Serpentine font from TND appeared on various merch and promotional advertising through to the early Craig era, but did you know that it also pre-dates TND?, with non-italicized Serpentine popping up on the cover of the GoldenEye comic. I think there are even earlier examples than this, but mind's drawing a blank atm.

Yes I think you're absolutely right, but I guess until it's moved on it's still sort of shorthand for the Bond look. I think it's funny how even the IFP novels adopted it as the sort of general Bond style, it does work. The NTTD logo I think is an awesome bit of design to be honest.
One thing I would quite like and I hope we get is a new update to the 007 gun logo. They have kind of gone back to the old style a couple of times for things like the Goldfinger pop-up and the 60th and I think it does look pretty cool. The orange/b/w design language for the 60th, Sound of 007 etc. I thought was really cool.

Heh! That's fun, yes Serpentine was the Bond style for a while after TND, and I guess arguably both TWINE and DAD took their lead from that; both italic, quite modern fonts.

Yes, been hoping they alter the 007 logo a bit. That was great seeing those logos you mention. Always wanted to see the PPK incorporated into the seven somehow, or even the Beretta 418.

For the artwork of this next era I'd like to see a return of the inclusion of 'Agent' in front of '007', which harkens back to that classic 60s spy/Bondmania vibe.

    Examples:

Above the title: "x actor as Ian Fleming's James Bond, Agent 007 in..."
    Header: "Agent 007's latest mission"
Back of novelization cover: "How will Agent 007 get out of this one?"

If I knew how to code, I'd make an easy Bond teaser poster generator. Gunbarrel, 007 logo, and a place for nice-fonted type. Could be simple. I'll look into it.

I'd get a kick out of a Bond film abbreviated SOL, lol.
