Given Bond said resurrection was his hobby in Skyfall, and Bond 26 is Bond somehow brought back to life via the magic of screenwriting (!)... it could make sense to feature the word in the title.

    You could call Bond 26

    RESURRECTION

    😉

Resurrection certainly would make sense as a title for B26. Nobody Lives Forever is another good one.

When it comes to unused Fleming and continuation titles, the only ones I could really see working are:

    Risico
    Icebreaker
    Role of Honour
Licence Renewed, For Special Services and Nobody Lives Forever are really good ones IMO.

Devil May Care is great too. I always say it's a shame such a cool title is wasted on such a bad book.

Yeah, I think Devil May Care and Carte Blanche are the greatest unused Bond titles out there.
Carte Blanche is like a total distillation of Bond.

Carte Blanche feels like it could have been a Dalton film for some reason.

    Yeah I could see that.

The producers got really lucky with The World Is Not Enough I think. Fleming almost missed a trick with that one.

    Or possibly Nobody Dies Forever...

To prove there's no such thing as an original idea both For King and Country and On His Majesty's Secret Service have been used as chapter titles in Higson and Cole's final Young Bond books, respectively. That got me looking through for other titles to mine from them, apart from the aforementioned Diamond Heart the only ones I can see working are: Hell Will Endure; Wake Up or Die; Shoot the Moon; The Shadow War; The Dead Land, For the Sake of Traitors; and To Pull the Trigger.

Saw this on another thread and thought it was interesting:

    Bullets Speak Louder than Words

While a bit lengthy, it's a nice alternative take on an idiom.
