Once he hits the road and that car is approaching, he stoppies in front of it, spins in slow motion as the car is pumping its brakes and subsequently turning, and lets loose with his pistol, nailing the tire to cause it to flip, and then nailing the gas tank to cause it to explode and fly over the hill.

    So amazing.

    I don't think it was the pistol having unlimited ammo - the ammo count seemed realistic to me - it was the hitting of the gas tank that makes it unrealistic, yet still absolutely amazing!

    With now Starwars, Bourne and Bond in 2015, i think we should expect Mi5 wil be released in 2016 if that not already be the case. Inspecialy of course because Jeremy play in both movies and first make Bourne.

    Since there isn't much in the way of the MI-5 film right now, I'm not sure when it'll arrive. 2016 sounds likely, though, as next year won't happen, and I think it would be foolish for them to try and pin it against 'Bond 24.' But, both 'White House Down' and 'Olympus Has Fallen' released mere months apart from one another.

    If the next MI movie is as good as the previous one I do not mind when they release it as long as they do. (preferable tomorrow of course)

    @chrisisall, you know it. I don't get the hate for the film, but some of those action sequences are amazing and the whole story is really thrilling, especially the finale.

    The only problem with the film is IMO an over-use of slow-motion effects. It got a bit too much.
    But it is a guilty pleasure for me, it's a film to pop in on a a grey day so to speak. It is just entertainment.

    My grandparents stopped by a few hours ago and we were talking about movies, and I told him you could pretty much blind buy and take a gamble on any film from the 50's/60's and not really be disappointed, given that it's well-known to an extent and not something horrendously B-grade, but damn, I would be lying if I didn't enjoy mindless entertainment or a film with pure action and explosions every now and then. I'll take some Cary Grant, sure, but with that, I also want there to be Arnold Schwarzenegger killing hundreds of people and blowing things up, too.

    I don't mind that stuff at all, MY only problem with the entire movie is that running back flip kick he took a goon out with. Have you ever tried that in real life? It's not possible- you can't do it. As soon as your foot connects with something, it alters your rotation and you invariably end up landing on your knees!! :-<

    Christmas Day. You'd never expect this kind of date for an action film but that's what makes this so great. With production starting in a few months, this will be on the shelf for a while. Maybe they'll get started on number six in the meantime.

    That's a lot of films in December now, a throughout the entire year.

    Appears you were right, it's just a shame it'll sit around for so long, waiting to be released.

    If they wanted it next year, you'd have had a release date long before now. That was the only reason for guessing it would be out the following year.

    This also makes for the shortest gap between films, tied with the four years in between one and two.

    I just hope there is enough cash left to go around by this time. Kung Fu Panda 3 is coming out the same day and both only a week after Star Wars and Inferno.

    With how 'Star Wars' typically tends to be, I won't be surprised if the date does end up getting moved.

    It could happen. Time will tell. The only thing I'm 100% sure of is that my wallet is really, really going to hurt come 2015.

    Don't forget 'Jurassic World,' 'Ted 2,' 'The Fantastic Four,' 'Terminator,' 'Ant-Man,' 'Assassin's Creed,' 'Mockingjay,' 'Live By Night,' and the WoW movie. Granted, I'm not excited about all these films, but I'm sure they'll all be very big.

    Simon Pegg confirmed that he will return for "Mission: Impossible 5," marking his third appearance in the franchise. The fifth entry will be directed by "Jack Ryan" helmer Christopher McQuarrie, who also worked with Cruise on that film.

    "Yes, absolutely. I'm looking forward to doing that," Pegg said when asked about the film. "I've already started eating one carrot a day in order to be in shape. Actually, that's not good for you to do that. Don't do that."
