  • Thanks @RogerMoore007. That last one is from Alain Bossuyt. He did the whole franchise and they're all very good.

Very Saul Bass inspired. Makes you wonder what FRWL would have been like if Hitch helmed it.

@limerind Wow! Those are absolutely stunning. So incredibly stylish. I doth my hat to you Sir. :-)
  • A nice little re-imagining of the upcoming 'Fleming' series as a biopic film starring Geoffrey Rush as an old Ian Fleming and Dominic Cooper as young Ian Fleming, with Geoffrey Rush's Fleming re-calling the events that led up to Bond and using the narrative flashbacks with Dominic Cooper's Fleming.

Here's a poster of what that could look like:

  • You guys have been too kind to some of my past submissions. I figure I'll throw a couple more of my vector posters your way. I already did Moore and Lazenby. This time, it's the three existing Craig films. As always, you can find more of my stuff at limerind.deviantart.com or society6.com/boojtastic.

@limerind I see noir and a touch of Patrick Nagel in there. Great choice of colours too. Very well done!

So, I've been away for a bit. Does anyone have an idea of when the new title will be announced? I'm assuming December 2013, if it's to play December 2014. (I could have my dates wrong here, I'm just looking for any info, thanks.)

Bond 24 is supposed to come out in November 2014 and start shooting October of this year (!). Skyfall's title was announced in November 2011, so Bond 24's title should be announced by the end of this year.

No son of Dragonpol as yet I have to report, sadly. Need a woman first! I've been taking a leaf out of Kerim Bey's book, if you get my meaning. :D

    That´s a very good one, @Thunderball !!
  • @limerind, great work on both! They remind me of something, but I can't place what, exactly. Where did you get the idea for them?
  • @Thunderball, damn stylish work. That's just pretty stuff right there.

@Soundofthesinners, I'm doing the entire series, and more often than not, I've favored extreme close-ups (especially for the Roger Moore years). For Dalton, I wanted to look at the hero from afar. Plus one thing the Dalton years did especially well were the pre-title sequences. Thanks for the kind words. More to come shortly.
  • Okay, I said shortly. Finished the four Brosnan films, which, if I'm doing the math correctly, means I'm out of movies to make posters for. Someone tell Barbara Broccoli to get her shit together.

As always, more of my stuff, and the whole collections, are (or will shortly be) available at:
    society6.com/boojtastic
    limerind.deviantart.com
    and the new one: limerind.tumblr.com

Anyways, here are the Brosnan four:

That is great poster series. Well conceived ideas @limerind.
  • Any particular reason you went with variations on the same theme for these ones? The little details were well done, but I must be honest, I liked the other posters more.
  • @soundofthesinners i started with die another day, and everything just seemed to fit (especially considering that the movie itself was an absolute train wreck) I toyed around with the idea of changing the skulls (two in profile-janus-for goldeneye, one with a bullet hole in it for the world is not enough, diamonds across one side for die another day) but i couldn't think of a good variation for tomorrow never dies. I have a tradition in this series of using a very rigid scheme for each leading actor.

also, i thought it interesting that Brosnan, unlike other pre-Craig Bonds, never lets the villain live. Craig and Dalton get a ton of ink for being "dark" but Brosnan killed off the villains in very cold, very gruesome, very spectacular deaths.
