    It is not a great cinematic achievement to catch a wide-angle shot of a million-dollar set by Ken Adam (anybody could do that with the right equipment), so I can see why. If we have an elimination game about production design, my decision would be different. (The same goes for the Moonraker shot coming up in the 70s round.)
