As we are less than a week away from Ian Fleming’s 115th birthday, do you think we will get an announcement from IFP or EON? I think we could from IFP. Kim Sherwood is doing a lot of press with her writing career for awhile. I think Book 2 will officially be titled soon.

As we are less than a month away from James Bond Day on October 5th, do you think we will get an announcement from IFP or EON?

Don't IFP usually go in Fleming's birthday as their day? The publication date of CR would make more sense too, and we're past both now. They marked both of them, mostly with their new editions and OHiMSS. They usually do a little something for Oct 5th, but it's more Eon's day than theirs.

Eon might give a nod towards it with a social post or two, but they had their 60th last year.

I might be in a minority here, but honestly the best 5th October tradition EON could start, would be free shipping from the 007 Store. Surely they can afford just one day of the year, instead of their semi-usual 10% off.

It is possible we get some news or a trailer for Road To A Million from EON, and/or maybe the cover art for A Spy Like Me .

Nicholas Shakespeare's biography Ian Fleming: The Complete Man will be published on October 5th. It promises to be the most comprehensive biography yet, and I find it far more exciting than any potential continuation novel.

IFP announced the publishing rights to Bond being returned to them on October 5. Plus the below event.

Indeed, as I say, they usually mark it, but I wouldn't expect anything earth-shattering. And that event doesn't look to be affiliated with Eon or IFP.
