Remember in 1973 when they tried a Bionic 'Bond'?

1973, just after Live & Let Die, the Six Million Dollar Man had its second TV movie where they tried to make him all Bond-y.
"Wine, Women & War". It co-starred Britt Ekland just before she was Goodnight in TMWTGG. The Bad guy was the bad guy from Escape From The Planet Of The Apes. It had cool Ken Adam-lite design & budget Derek Meddings-like model work. Being a Bond fan, this was my single favourite Six Million Dollar Man 'episode'. I severely missed that vibe as it went into regular weekly production.

I'll have to look for that episode with Britt Ekland as I don't believe I've seen it.

Much, much better than the one he's wearing on the first picture. It's so bad it could blind Matt Murdock.

But that tie still looks like it could take flight!

Anyway it's good Moore Bond never wore anything like that.
