One crushes balls, the other eats nuts. But only one will hold my bag.

I don't golf or have the kind of activity that could make Oddjob useful. Plus I'd have to explain the neighborhood's missing cats.

Nick Nack would do what he's told and would eventuallymove on to another employer. He'd be fun in the meantime, and he definitely wouldn't be in my will for anything significant that would tempt him to kill me. So he'd leave on his own accord and I'd be a good reference for his services.

Yeah I might lean more towards the strong silent type here and go with Oddjob. Any guy that is willing to die for their boss is someone I want in my corner. Though I heard Nick Nack was a ladies man.

Nah, I will stay with OddJob.

Ok moving on to another crazy one.

Would you rather hunt with Sir Hugo Drax OR with Kamal Khan?

    drax-moonraker-hunting-suit-and-cape-roger-moore-shooting-1920x1080.jpg

Drax, hunts a traditional hunt with Bond for game. Namely pheasants. This seems to include his friends and partners. He has some of his attractive master race folks along for the ride. One only needs to be careful of snipers in trees. Otherwise, dogs, shotguns and fun seem to be what this hunt is about!

    Kamal-Khan-Safari-Suit-4-1024x576.jpg

Khan, has a bigger group of supporters with them and quite a few animals to help hunt for...a human? Or maybe they will turn their sights on tigers, alligators or a variety of other jungle animals.

Which hunt would you rather participate in?

Drax, because I like Moonraker better than Octopussy.

Khan's hunt looks a bit stressful and sweaty, and I think I'd prefer cucumber sandwiches as a half time treat to being stared at while I eat, so I think I'll go with Mr Drax please.
I might ask him if I can go for clays though, slightly squeamish about shooting birdies or assassins.

    Like Roger Moore?

My wife is vegetarian, so I'd be in trouble either way. That said, I'm against hunting tigers and humans, I don't like heat and I enjoyed eating pheasant. I also do like the ridiculous out of date hunting outfit of Drax. So, as much as I dislike the movie MR, I'd go for hunting with Drax.

"Mister Bond is an interesting breed indeed. (Bond waves from the boat)...soon to be made extinct."

Always loved how Louis delivered that line.

Lets head off to other activities and see what we would rather do!

Would you rather attend an art auction with Jim Fanning OR investigate your family tree with Sir Hilary Bray?

A few times our man has had to partner with civilians who are experts in their fields. James seems to enjoy their company and respects them for the experts they are. In one case having some fun with them, in another stealing away the knowledge they provide.

Might be fun to be in attendance for an art exhibit with an art expert. Though he is a bit stuffy and rather uptight he does have a light in his eye. Be careful not to raise your hand or scratch your nose. You may end up with a priceless work of art!

    OR

Spend time with the Sable Basilisk of the College of Arms and learn about your family history. He is puzzled by the world of spies but is a great wealth of knowledge of coat of arms and which churches to visit while touring Europe.

I wonder which one would you rather spend time with?

I would probably have more fun winding up Jim Fanning as I outrageously bid more and more for expensive items.

I want to learn my genealogy with Sir Hillary, so that, and I have no money to do biddings.

Genealogy! It's probably cheaper. And I think it'd be interesting.

Well, I've already done my genealogy (nothing fancy, most of my ancestors were farmers, nothing to call Who do you think you are about), but Id like to know more, and fill some gaps (mostly of an administrative anture, some of the archives having either been destroyed in WW II, or not available for the time being.

Genealogy here too. I'm stuck at 1722 when it comes to my ancestors. Would really help if someone could help me with the part before that. But east German archives are a mystery to me.

    Definitely genealogy with Hilly...

....what? Not that Hilly? And not that sort of 'genealogy'?
Easy enough: I cannot afford a Faberge or pretty much anything that is sold at an auction and I'm fascinated about my family history and my ancestry. So it will have to be Sir Hilary.

Never mind the life-changing experience of learning my family history - nonchalantly annoying the hell out of Fanning for an hour is an opportunity too hard to resist!

They were both heroes in their own right of course: Fanning was played by Douglas Wilmer who played Sherlock Holmes in his own TV series, and George Baker was a long-time star of various things, including the swashbuckling hero of The Moonraker, and maybe best known as Inspector Wexford in his own show.

Not to mention Baker played Tiberius in I, Claudius.

Okay not a hero at all, but what a role!

The Sotheby auction scene is one of the best in the entire series while the geneology scene is a pretty dull part. So there’s no comparison. Count me in at Sotheby!! Not to mention I can spy the gorgeous Magda walking in :)
