Octopussy by far. Moore's second best Bond film. Never been all that blown away by LALD.

THAT'S a tough call. Maybe Thnderball because its such a big sweeping picture but From Russia With Love might be the best Bond STORY of all time.

Wrong match my man! We're on Live and Let Die and Octopussy right now. No harm done though, seeing as you are a new-comer! Welcome to the forum by the way, hope you enjoy this thread I put together!

Sounds like a vote for Octopussy to me.

Both great films, but Octopussy has that special thing LALD doesn't have.

    11. Thunderball
    10. Quantum Of Solace
    9. Goldeneye
    8. Casino Royale
    7. For Your Eyes Only
    6. On Her Majesty's Secret Service
    5. Dr. No

    LALD- 15 votes
    OP- 15 votes

As of right now, we have an impressive tie! Anyone out there who hasn't voted yet? If not, we'll have to call it!

And now Octopussy has emerged as the victor, with just one vote ahead of Live and Let Die! This has been a terrific match, in fact, one of the closest and best we have ever had!

Next match: On Her Majesty's Secret Service vs. License to Kill

    License to Kill

    Better Main Villain
    Better Henchmen
    Better 007
    Better Action
    Better Main Girl
    Better Pace

On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and quite easily. I do love LTK, but it doesn't really hold up against OHMSS, despite a better Bond in Dalton.
  • @00Beast, you bring up great points. But there were two things that OHMSS has over LTK that you failed to consider.

Better Story (and that counts for a lot)
    Better execution

    Just my opinion anyway.

OHMSS easily. Doesn't even warrant thinking about.
  • Love them both, awesome movies, but Dalton is far and away the better Bond and that makes the difference.

    LICENCE TO KILL

I'm gonna have to pick OHMSS. I like Blofeld more than Sanchez, though I prefer Robert Davi to Telly Savalas.
