Eva Green beats Barbara Bach by like 1000% (although I think BB gets a slightly unfair wrap on here).
  • Casino Royale by a distance

    CR in every conceivable way.

Spy was the first one I saw at the cinema ...so I have a soft place for it.

But CR is pure gold. So CR.
  • Spy is my guilty pleasure among the Moore films, I always enjoy a watch, but CR and Craig are simply better so Casino Royale for me.

I love both and TSWLM is my second favorite Moore movie but I'm going to have to go with Casino Royale. It's not as fun as TSWLM but it just feels more Bond to me.

I love Spy but Royale beats it for me in terms of acting, characterisation, women, emotional depth, etc etc. Spy does have my favourite ever henchman though and I don't mean Sandor!

Jaws would be my favourite henchman but he was ruined in MR. My favourite now I think is Tee Hee, he was great. Either him, Samedi or Oddjob.

I can't decide between Oddjob or Dario, can't forget Dario. Jaws was already becoming a joke during Spy, unfortunately. Once was enough in hindsight.

I'd rather not think about him, thank you very much ;)

Ah yeah I'd forgotten Dario. Actually another I forgot is Necros, he's probably my favourite thanks to the awesome plane fight.

Yeah. Necros was good. I liked the way he had his own theme as well. that dodgy Austro pop on his walkman. Nice touch

Never realized it wasn't written as part of the score. Very Bondian orchestration.

Casino Royale. I'm fond of TSWLM but I think Lewis Gilbert's other 2 sci-fi Bond epics are better. Plus, they've got John Barry music.

Well, It was co-written by John Barry...I think. ;)

    Well let's stack it up!

    007: ROGER MOORE for sure!
    Main Villain: Le Chiffre
Henchmen: Jaws, Sandor, and Naomi were more memorable than the lot of little-known, small name henchmen of CR (though Obanno and Gettler were quite good)
Action: Casino Royale (both are very entertaining from the action standpoint, but scenes like the construction site chase, the embassy shoot-out, the Miami airport battle, and others give it the win)
Soundtrack: The Spy Who Loved Me
    Locations: Tie!
    Girls: Casino Royale

Both are incredibly equally matched, and this forces me to make a very difficult decision! Having just recently watched TSWLM and being quite impressed with it, I am going to vote The Spy Who Loved Me. Besides, it has Roger Moore!!
