Shouldn't the Mustang have 2 different entries, as those were 2 different models? And the Esprit Turbo was only used in FYEO, the Turbocharged Esprit didn't hit the market until 1980. :-B

All right, as Piercey Boy would say, first things first, folks... apologies for the oversights when it came to the separate models of the Ford Mustangs and the Lotus Esprits and also the lack of presence of the BMW 750 (afraid I just think the latter's, well, rather crap ;) ) - in the end, guys, I'm just not a petrol-head and was guilty of one or two oversights with this 'un; yes, I know, @TheWizardOfIce, preposterous, eh? :p
Anyhoo, to the results... and, yup, methinks it's fair to say that when it comes to Bond vehicles, the Aston Martin is simply the absolute king. In particular, of course, the one, the only DB5, which in scooping its gold medal here was just one vote away from a 100 percent record and taking maximum points. Yet, while Daylights' V8 Volante/ Vantage and the pair of DBSs (the one from OHMSS and the one from CR/ QOS) took the third, fourth and fifth places respectively, a total Aston Martin lock-out of the top four was prevented by the submerssibly marvellous Lotus. Oh yes, Spy does the business again, chaps. ;)
Elsewhere, two air-bound entrants (Twice's legendary Little Nellie and OP's almost as legendary Acrostar Jet) took and sixth and seventh, while Auric's iconic Roller rolled into an impressive eighth spot.

It would, well, unquestionably be understating it to say that England's had decent days at the office so far in this tournament, but today's, well, today's was like the greatest Christmas office party anyone could hope to enjoy in this entire contest. Quite frankly, the Three Lions were always going to do well in this week's event, but filling seven of the eight Medal-Table-points-scoring places? Did we really expect that? Hmmm, actually, thinking about it, maybe we did. ;) All the same, it was a quite awesome showing by the old Anglo-Saxons and, thanks to all 38 points they've accrued from this (for them) very lucky 13th contest of the tourney, they've now passed the 200-points barrier and are surely completely and utterly out of the sight at the top of the leader board. There is one consolation for their nearest challengers, the States, though: they too managed to pick up some points this week - well, two, at least. :p
Event 14 coming up soon, chaps...!
The competitors:
So, the task is simple... please arrange eight of the 24 competitors above into your favoured ordering - first to last (greatest to least) in terms of their contribution to the cinematic James Bond.
Voting for this event should remain open for about a week, after which the results and the updated Medal Table will be posted in this thread (as well as in the thread's opening post).
Oh, and just a reminder - when you do vote, please vote in this manner, chaps (as outlined in the thread's opening post); makes it a hell of a lot easier for me when I'm totting up the totals... ;)

Right you are. There are so many good ones, I also feel bad for leaving some off.
Because I put Quarrel on my list, I realized you were missing Quarrel Jr, @St_George. Not that it really matters of course... ;)

You got me there. Nearly fell off my chair.
Any chance of a special inaugural Eddie The Eagle Award for JT St George? For people who just cant compete at the top but are universally acclaimed.
And while we're at it where the f**k is the Hergesheimer? Is he an ally? Well hes such a nice bloke that he cant be classed a villain and he thinks hes innocently working for WW. If he knew Blofeld was pulling the strings he would resign in disgust.
And no Puss Feller and Pinder? Not that they would trouble the medal positions.
