So, as surely all of us expected, the jet pack-packing Conners blasted away from the opposition and cruised his way to the Bond Actors title, claiming for Scotland the first gold medal of the tournament in the process. Yup, he's now officially the Caledonian Usain Bolt. Or something.
And it's the two English 007s who fill the silver and bronze berths, but it was a closely fought contest between Craig and Sir Rog; the former just edging out the latter. And, they'll be weeping in the Welsh valleys, for <i>just</i> missing out on a medal is Dalters in fourth. Poor old, Timbo.
Meanwhile, a decent vote-tally from Lazers ensures a good start for Australia, while Barry Nelson's wooden spoon at least sees the United States get on the Medal Table. Talking of which, here it is, our very first...
