    At least the CIA can do their jobs. The FBI is overly nosy and try to make everything a federal case. They have the inability to do their jobs correctly.

    First of all, the FBI make no attempts whatsoever to be discrete and normal. They stake out or walk and survey all in the same suits, and talk through an earpiece with colleagues. The CIA operatives actually get identities they use, where they learn all the aspects of their fake background from the clothes they wear, to their dialect, and down to their favorite color. They have a questionable history, but they are the ones that supply crucial information to policy makers on the current state of international relations and any goings on across borders. It is the policy makers that act on it, or more than often, don't heed the information or warnings, and the CIA get constantly blamed. Like they say, when the CIA succeed, we hear no news, and when they fail(or policy makers more like), we hear all about it.

    CIA = Comittment and seriousness.

    Also, side note - most of the more popular sites for movie hosting have removed a lot of their content. You have to go to the more risky ones to actually find the movie your searching for :/ Sites like putlocker, videozer, and bbvideo (i think its called) have all majorly shut down their content unfortunately. They were very good sites for hosting.

    I think you are confusing CIA with FSB. ;)

    I'll outline my POV:

    FBI: Overt, conspicuos, bad with direction, don't research enough, try to follow the crap handbook of Hoover.

    CIA: Blamed, covert, sacrificial, loners, martyrs, sometimes maladjusted, mysterious, Cold War follow the Wild Bill handbook.

    FSB: Ruthless, cold killers, calculating, ready to die(carry a cyanide capsule in case they are caught), stereotyped even further than FBI or CIA, Cold War brutality, prepared to die for a cause.

    Mossad: Determined(if they want you dead, you will die), trained since birth to kill and gather intelligence, highly-calculating, very ready and willing to die for a cause.

    MI6: Famously corrupt(the Cambridge 4), gentleman spies, more Le Carré, less Bondian, secret, equally Cold War hardened, probably most famous worldly.

    I'm waiting for a book that depicts a TSA employee who foils a terrorist plot. That'd be a great piece of fantasy-fiction.
