    Hey we blow leads all the time.

    We've been good but I don't like how we match up with Rangers. We don't play well in MSG. But if we can make it out, I look forward to a Pens-Panthers ECF.

    @Last_Rat_Standing, the Pens have had an issue with the Rangers (especially in playoffs) and the Flyers (mostly during the regular season) over the last few seasons. Hell, I think the Pens lost 18 straight or so to the Flyers, then have managed to beat them just about (if not every) every time this season. Depending on how this final game goes against Philly, I'm pretty hopeful for the playoffs. They've really lit up over the last couple of months with Sullivan.

    Well you will have a pretty easy first round against NYI, in which that is who I was hoping for.

    @FoxRox

    They need to take a few years off, let someone else not named the Kings win. That's why I'm loving this year's playoffs. No Canadian teams, but with two FL teams, Texas, Tennessee and three California teams. I despise those who think that it only belongs in the north and in Canada.

    The Stanley Cup Finals have been pretty predictable and dull the last few years due to the teams involved. I'm excited to see how the final playoffs schedule looks, hoping the Pens manage to make getting into the playoffs a little bit harder for the Flyers.

    Personally I'd rather see Philadelphia in than boston. They're a dumpster fire right now. Same with Detroit

    @Last_Rat_Standing can never have too many! I suffer through the other Chicago teams so I feel entitled to one good one XD

    Pens throw Zatkoff in after Murray was injured, faces his first shot, and gives up a goal. Typical. Oh well, at least this game is totally irrelevant to their playoffs clinch.

    I understand. You always want your team to win.

    Yeah nothing to play for here.

    I'd be lying if I said I wasn't pretty pissed off at the end of the game; no Fleury, no Crosby, no Letang, no Maatta, so of course they weren't going to win, but I don't know, the dirty hits by the Flyers and the fact that they did win and managed a playoffs spot still irked me. However, I'm happy that they face the Caps right off the bat, so they'll be out after the first round.

    @Last_Rat_Standing, if the Caps went down in the first round to the Flyers, that'd really shake up the foundation of this year's playoffs, wouldn't it? Who do you think we'll see in the final round?

    Oh I agree, but I don't see it happening. We'll have a Pitt-Wash semifinal though because I think Pitt will take out the Rangers in 6, but losing to Wash in 7. But it can go either way. I have a Wash-LA final with Wash winning it all. But an upset is bound to happen, just not to Phily.

    Just out of curiosity.. why? As a huge fan of the sport, I'm always enlightened to hear reasoning beyond the hatred.

    Sorry, I've been looking for that for ages, I don't think it exists anywhere. I know there's an MP3 out there with the music volume reduced.

    I'm probably going to get a response of everything to each their own. I mean I hate basketball and soccer.

    As a Canadian, I like hockey myself. I used to follow it a lot more though.
